Today, we were able to sing and evangelize to the people of St. Gaudens. We began with breakfast at the local church, where we were able to try a real French croissant! After, we went out to the city a couple streets down from the church and sang three songs for the people passing by, and then shortly after we handed out invitations for the concert we had. We ate a spectacular lunch, where some tried duck for the first time as well. The views were gorgeous! We had our first “official” concert, and it was a success. We all have so much love for the people of St. Gaudens as well as the city!

We had a really good day today. Something that stuck out to me was that, even across language barriers, many of the people here were very open to being handed invitations or sung hymns to. After our impromptu concert near the restaurant, there were only a couple people that turned the invitations down. And the reception we had at the main concert tonight was amazing, it was really heartwarming to be so well accepted.
